Privacy policy
This policy describes PureFasting at purefasting.org, a small educational website. It explains what the newsletter form collects and how to ask for deletion. It is written in plain language. It is not a company registration, and this page does not invent an address or a registration number.
Who runs the site
The site is PureFasting, published at purefasting.org. A named operator and a postal address will be added here when they are real. They are not listed yet because this policy will not use a placeholder identity.
Email you send through the newsletter form
The newsletter form collects an email address. That address is used to send the beginner’s guide and occasional educational emails about fasting. Those emails are drafts of the kind described on the site: short, practical, and not medical advice.
We do not ask you to send health records. Please do not put medical details in a signup form or in a reply unless a real contact process later says otherwise.
We do not sell email addresses. We do not rent them. We do not trade them for advertising lists.
The address is stored so those emails can be sent. If a form tool or email provider is used to deliver them, that provider processes the address for that purpose. This policy will name the provider here once one is actually in use. It is not named yet, because naming one before it is chosen would be inaccurate.
Signup means you agree to this policy. The signup line on the site points here: you are agreeing to receive the guide and educational emails, and to this use of your address.
How to ask for deletion or to stop emails
You can ask to stop emails, and you can ask for your address to be deleted, by replying to an email from PureFasting once a real sending address exists. Until that address exists, there is no working inbox to name on this page. When it exists, this section will show it, and a reply that says “please delete my email” will be enough.
We will treat a clear request as a request to stop sending and to remove the address from the list used for the guide and the educational emails. Backups kept by a host, if any, may take longer to fall away. We will not keep the address for a new list after you ask us to stop.
Cookies and the site itself
PureFasting is a small WordPress site. WordPress and the host may set cookies that the site needs in order to function, for example to keep the site secure, to remember a comment draft if comments are enabled, or to hold a login for an editor. Those cookies are there so the site can run.
This policy does not describe advertising cookies. The site is not an ad network. If a statistics tool is added later, this page will be updated before that tool is used to describe what it stores and how to refuse it.
The interactive tools (quiz, timer, planner, checklist, and challenge) are written to run in your browser. They do not ask you to create an account. They are not designed to send your answers to PureFasting.
Pages you read
Like most websites, the host may keep standard server logs, such as a browser type and an IP address, to keep the site secure and to fix errors. Those logs are not used as a mailing list.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a date. The date of this version is 2 October 2026.
Safety. People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have an eating disorder or a history of one, have diabetes or hypoglycemia, take medication, or have a heart, kidney, or other medical condition should talk with a healthcare professional before fasting. Stop a fast and get help if you feel faint, confused, or unwell.
