Fasting tools
These tools are simple illustrations. They run in your browser. They do not create an account, and they are not medical devices. A result, a clock, or a sample day is an educational example. It is not personal medical advice, and it is not a statement that you should fast.
Quiz
Answer a few questions about flexibility, experience, and whether you would rather read about a shorter or longer eating window. The result names a guide to read. It never says you should do that fast.
OpenTimer
Pick a start time and a duration of 12, 14, 16, 18, or 24 hours. The page shows elapsed time and time remaining. It stays on your device. It is a clock, not advice about whether to keep fasting.
OpenPlanner
Choose 12:12, 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, or 20:4 and a time for the eating window to start. The page draws one example day. The default start is 12:00. A longer window is not a goal.
OpenTracker
There is no separate tracker page. It runs on the homepage and stays on this device. It is a local note of a start and an end, not a medical record.
Open on the homepageChecklist
A short list you can tick and print: water, a planned eating window, stopping if you feel unwell, and not obsessing over the scale. Printing uses your browser’s print dialog.
Open7-day challenge
Seven reflection prompts: notice hunger, write a possible window, notice drinks and energy, plan a first meal, review what felt too hard, and decide whether to keep that window or make it gentler. No weight-loss promise. You can print the page.
OpenDisclaimer. Results are educational examples, not personal medical advice. Do not use a tool result to change medication, to ignore symptoms, or to decide that a fast is safe for you.
Safety. People who are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, have an eating disorder or a history of one, have diabetes or hypoglycemia, take medication, or have a heart, kidney, or other medical condition should talk with a healthcare professional before fasting. Stop a fast and get help if you feel faint, confused, or unwell.
